Il Giardino di Sara is a 17th century farmhouse set in the countryside, few kms from the centre of the historical and lively town of Cortona, in a panoramic and quiet position. The location is wonderful, immersed in the countryside. The building,completely restored to a high standard maintains original materials. The interiors are cosy and comfortable with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings.

The holiday-home “La Renaia” is located in a country setting, only 2 miles away from Cortona, within a stone farm hamlet surrounded by annexes. The complex revolves around a well-proportioned and functional fenced courtyard which all apartments, individually equipped with private garden, look out on. All common facilities, laundry-room, play-room and lounge area, wood-oven and barbecue, are accessible through the courtyard. The old stone farmhouse, built in the 16th century around the original watermill complex, was divided into three cosy and welcoming apartments, renovated to match the existing stonework in keeping with the original structure and comfortably furnished in the rustic Tuscan traditional style.
